The Pause Between Breaths

In the space between inhaling and exhaling, there's a moment of perfect stillness. Ancient meditation traditions call this the "kumbhaka" - the sacred pause. It's in this tiny gap that we find a profound truth: peace isn't something we have to create or chase. It's already here, waiting in the spaces between our thoughts, our words, our constant doing.

This week, try catching yourself in those natural pauses - the moment before you speak, the instant before you react, the breath between activities. In that micro-moment of stillness, you might discover that the calm you've been seeking was never actually missing. It's been breathing with you all along.
